Major Picks is a golf tournament picks platform that allows club, society, and league organisers to create private leagues, invite participants, manage entries, and view tournament leaderboards. By using this website, creating a league, submitting picks, or accessing a league admin area, you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the club, society, league, and contact details you provide. Email verification codes are used to confirm access to league and club administration features. Helper passwords or admin links should only be shared with people you trust to help manage your league. You are responsible for activity carried out using your verified email, admin link, or helper password.

Paid leagues are charged according to the participant band selected during league creation. Payments are processed by Stripe. Major Picks does not store full card details. If payment is not received before the relevant tournament starts, Major Picks may deactivate the league or restrict access to paid features.

Refunds may be considered where a payment was made in error, a league cannot be provided, or another reasonable issue is raised before the tournament begins. Refunds are not automatic and may be full or partial depending on the circumstances.

Do not misuse the website, attempt to bypass access controls, or interfere with other leagues. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, or offensive content through league names, club names, contact forms, or entry names. Major Picks may remove content, suspend leagues, or restrict access where misuse is identified.

Golfers, odds, scores, tournament fields, and leaderboard data may be imported, entered, updated, or refreshed from third-party sources. Major Picks aims to keep this information accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free data.

Major Picks is an independent platform. Unless clearly stated otherwise, it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any golf tournament, tour, broadcaster, club, or governing body.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Major Picks is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, data inaccuracies, downtime, delayed payments, or user mistakes when managing leagues or entries.

These terms may be updated as the service develops. Continued use of Major Picks after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
