To create and manage leagues, clubs, entries, and picks. To send verification codes and league-related emails. To process payments and record payment status. To respond to contact requests and support issues. To protect the service from misuse, duplicate actions, and unauthorised access.

When you request access to My Leagues or create a league, we may send a verification code to your email address. We store enough information to verify the code, link clubs and leagues to your email, and maintain your admin session.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Major Picks receives payment status, transaction identifiers, selected price tier, and related checkout information. Full card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Major Picks.

The website may use essential cookies or browser session storage to keep you signed in, remember verification state, prevent duplicate submissions, and support admin access. These are used for core functionality rather than advertising tracking.

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers where needed to run the website, including hosting providers, email providers, payment processors, and operational tools.

League, club, entry, payment, and email records may be retained for as long as needed to operate the service, support users, handle payment records, and maintain historical league results. Verification codes are intended to be short-lived.

You can ask for help accessing, correcting, or deleting information associated with your email address, subject to records that need to be retained for legitimate operational, payment, tax, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.

Major Picks uses practical safeguards such as email verification, restricted admin access, and third-party payment processing. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so admin links and helper passwords should be shared carefully.
